SHIPPING POLICY
All my designs are handmade therefore please allow 3-5 days before posting, this time frame may extend during busy periods. As all my items are bespoke, I am afraid an exchange or refund is unavailable.
If you prefer, you are more than welcome to collect from me in Lower Ballinderry, you can choose this option at the check out. Once your order is ready I shall send you an email and we can arrange collection thereafter.

Standard 2nd class post with Royal Mail is available to all areas in Great Britain.

I have set up postage to Ireland, USA, Canada, Netherlands and Italy but if you would like me to post outside of these areas please do let me know as I can most certainly set up postage to your preferred destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As all my items are bespoke I am afraid an exchange or refund is unavailable. Once you have placed an order you will receive a proof of your design via email, it is your responsibility to check and amend if necessary.
